Williams Lake Farms
Our family farm began in the late 1800s, founded by James Williams, in a time when land purchases were made to establish generations. That’s been the vision for Williams Lake Farms ever since—generational, multi-purpose land intended to be used and enjoyed.
Spanning over 800 acres in rural Walker County, Alabama, this land has provided more than one hundred years of multi-purpose use for the Williams family, including farming, homesites, recreation, and hunting.
In 2010, over 350 acres of the property was high-fenced, initiating the deer hunting preserve at Williams Lake Farms. For the last several years, our family has been breeding and raising deer to provide an optimal hunting environment and trophy whitetail deer.
We are extremely selective in our breeder deer and take pride in providing our deer the best natural environment to grow and thrive. This results in deer that are fun to hunt and rewarding to mount.
Our property includes various tree mount locations throughout and ongoing camera footage to help you pick your ideal hunting spot. Guided and individual hunting opportunities are available.
Since deer hunting season only lasts a few months each year, we are proud to be able to offer other year-round hunting opportunities. Dove, turkey, and coyote hunts are available, as well as a fully-stocked pond for fishing.
Breeding opportunities are also available with our trophy whitetail bucks!
